Central and Hindpool Junior Wardens attended a beach cleaning event at Roanhead recently. The photo (left) shows the Junior Wardens receiving their pre-beach clean briefing from the National Trust warden for the site. Fortunately the sun stayed out and made for a great day for all those who attended.
The Junior Wardens had a great time in a beautiful and peaceful enviroment and followed the beach clean with some pond dipping along the shore and around the nearby dunes.The team collected several bags of rubbish from the beach and made their contribution to keeping the beautiful area clean.
