By the end of this session you will have:
• defined confidence and self-esteem
• measured your own confidence and self esteem level
• discussed benefits of being more confident and having a higher opinion of yourself
• understood the consequence of negative thoughts and how to overcome them
• identified barriers to being confident
• devised a way to measure confidence levels
This course is for volunteers only and is free. Please note refreshments will be provided (but not lunch).
